MAKING YOUR OWN HERBAL TEA BLENDS

Herbal teas are so good for your health...but also for your spirit as well. There is something so traditional and ancient about concocting your own teas...adding this...a pinch of that...that soothes the soul...and uplifts the feminine spirit.

Below is a calming tea blend...a perfect brew to calm and relax any rough edges you might be feeling.This recipe calls for you to make in a batch...to use yourself or give as a thoughtful gift.

CALM THE SPIRIT TEA

1 cup dried rosemary leaves
1 cup dried lavender flowers
1 cup dried spearmint
1/2 cup dried chamomile
1/4 cup dried cloves

Blend all herbs together well...and then store in an air tight container. To make a cup of this wonderful tea...use 1 teaspoon...and put into a tea ball. Pour boiling water over tea ball in your tea cup...and allow to steep. Enjoy and relax...this healing brew.
